We're certified in Windows systems and understand integration with Apple environments, but our specialisation is heavily focused on Mac and the creative applications Mac users rely on.

Yes, we charge a one-time onboarding fee to cover initial setup and configuration. This ensures proper time and resources for correct environment configuration from day one, including data migration, configuration transfer, user communication, and project management for smooth transitions with zero unplanned downtime.

Do you provide on-site support?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide on-site support within London Zones 1-3 as part of our IT Support Services. This covers hardware diagnostics, complex software installations, network troubleshooting, user training, and equipment setup. Outside Zones 1-3 is available as an add-on at £100 per day plus travel costs.
